2024 Corporate Challenge
Registration Information
Teams must complete the online registration form. Teams will consist of 8 players. Each player will receive a Team T-Shirt. Snacks and lunch will be provided. (If you have dietary restrictions that need addressed, please send us an email.) Registration fees can be paid through check or cash.

Sponsorship Information
We have 5 Sponsor Levels each complete with varying levels of recognition.
Sponsorships are tax deductible donations. If your organization would like to receive a 501(c)(3) receipt, please make sure to send us a check in the mail and provide a good mailing address for the returned receipt.
If there is a specific logo that you would like to be used, please send us an email to ShelbyCountyYAP@gmail.com with your attached logo.
